How can I book the ride.
Click on the “BOOK NOW” button from the right top corner and fill up the Book Now form with correct details. Please make sure you select the correct button before entering the details
What should be my pickup time?
Your pickup time should be between 20 mins to 30 mins after landing if you are not expecting delays at passport control and at baggage claim. If you are expecting delays at passport control and at baggage claim, then minimum 45 recommended.
How long chauffeur wait after the pickup time?
The chauffeur will provide a 60-minute waiting period at no extra cost, starting from your scheduled pick-up time. For instance, if your flight arrives at 09:30 AM and your pick-up time is set for 10:00 AM, the complimentary waiting period will begin at 10:00 AM. Any additional waiting time beyond the initial 30 minutes will incur a charge of 30p per minute.
How will we meet the chauffeur at the airport?
After clearing customs, please locate your chauffeur, who will be holding a sign with your name. If you’ve shared your mobile number, you will receive a text message before landing. If you’re unable to find the chauffeur, refer to the contact details in your booking confirmation or call us at 02039000200. To avoid any confusion or delays, it is essential to stay inside the terminal until you have made contact with the chauffeur.
What if my flight arrives early, will the chauffeur be there?
We continuously track your flight status until landing, and your pick-up time will be adjusted based on the actual arrival time. The chauffeur will inform you of the new pick-up time via SMS after your flight lands.
Please note that the complimentary 30-minute waiting period will begin based on the updated pick-up time. For example, if your flight is scheduled to land at 09:30 AM with a pick-up at 10:00 AM but actually arrives at 09:15 AM, the pick-up time will be adjusted to 09:45 AM, and the free waiting period will start from 09:45 AM instead of 10:00 AM.
What should I do if my flight is very late or cancelled and I do not have new flight details?
If you receive notification of a flight cancellation or delay more than two hours before your scheduled pick-up, you may cancel the ride and rebook once you have the updated information. However, if the notice is received less than two hours before your pick-up time, please call us at 02039000200 or email bookings@executiveriders.co.uk, and we will assist you. Rest assured; no additional charges will apply in this situation.
Do Fares include Parking and Tolls?
Yes, all tolls and parking price is included in the price, and you will not be charged extra. However, you will be charged 30p/minute if chauffeur will have to more than free waiting time (our free waiting time is 30 mins from the pick-up time).
